Details for 20/20/20

This class features 20 minute intervals to help strengthen and tone your body. 20 minutes will be spent on cardio, including - step, Zumba®, kickboxing & bootcamp. 20 minutes of strictly weight training including upper/lower back & legs. 20 minutes of core, balance & stretch targeting abs. Each session will end with a complete body stretch.
