Details for Low Impact Interval

This class is a higher intensity low impact class geared for active adults. In this our class we work to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. We begin with 30 minutes of alternating low impact cardio movements and multi muscle groups with weight training. Next, both static and dynamic balance exercises boost core strength. Finally we head to the floor to complete upper body muscle work in core exercises finishing with a nice stretch. Equipment used includes weights, resistant balls, and stability ball.
